Reem Abboushi is Economic Graduate. She is mainly experienced: in Micro and Small lending programs for twelve years. Reem contributed to the localization and creation of ASALA since 1997. She has managed the organization since that time.

Reem is a founder member of the Palestinian Network for Small & Micro Finance (Members are all Nine small & microfinance institutions that works in Palestine). She was elected to serve currently as a Chairwoman of the Board of PNSM.

In addition to Micro Finance Reem worked also in Management Training, Feasibility Studies, Market Researches and Women's Development programs in Palestine.
