Fouzi Mourji is Professor in applied econometrics at the Hassan II Univeristy of Juridical, Economic and Social Sciences in Casablanca and hosted Professor at different universities (Auvergne and Paris 12 in France and Montreal in Canada).
Furthermore, he is a member of Al Amana’s Board of Directors promoting microentreprises. Within Al Amana, he is a member of the Strategic and Audit Comissions and he is also Vice Treasurer.
F. Mourji has conducted different studies on units of informal production and surveys in Microfinance. Particularly, he worked as a Local Provider of Technical Services for the UNDP Program Microstart ( at the early age of Microcredit in Morocco). His work focused then on impact studies of Microfinance Programm in Morocco and Sub-saharian countries in Africa.
