Franck DEBEC is a specialist in job creation and financing of small business start up. He holds a Master business Administration in council and financing of company, and a Master in management and business finance from Paris University.
After many years spent in industry, he joined in 2000 the professional network of micro credit « France Initiative ».
He was successively director of the local non-profit organizations (PFIL) of Saint Denis (area of Paris), then regional manager for the whole of Paris area, which gathers eighteen local non-profit organizations.
Franck DEBEC is also teaching business management at the University of Paris XIII.
